This instrument is designed by absorbing the advantages of similar domestic and foreign instruments. It has a beautiful and elegant appearance, is easy to operate, and the microcomputer system adopts two counting methods, which are intuitive and elegant, and convenient to set. Eight workstations can be tested simultaneously, improving the testing efficiency.
The instrument is also equipped with two Lissajous 24mm×24mm and 60.5mm×60.5mm motion trajectories and a variety of matching accessories, which can adapt to various test method standards.
This instrument is applicable to the tests of the degree of pilling and fuzzing of fabrics in accordance with GB/T4802.2, ASTM D4970, ISO12945-2, etc.
The principle is as follows: A circular sample is rubbed against a fabric of the same material under a given pressure along a Lissajous graphic movement trajectory. After reaching the specified number of revolutions, the pilling grade of the sample is evaluated. It is also applicable to fabric abrasion resistance tests such as GB/T13775, ASTM D4966, and ISO12947. The principle is as follows: Under a certain pressure, a circular fabric sample is rubbed against a standard abrasive along a Lissajous curve trajectory, causing the sample to be damaged. The abrasion resistance of the fabric is indicated by the number of times the sample is damaged.
Complies with standards: GB/T4802.2, ASTM D4970, ISO12945-2 and other tests for the degree of fabric pilling. It also complies with fabric abrasion resistance tests such as GB/T13775, ASTM D4966, and ISO12947.
